Red Alert 3: Crahses every time I try to load a game

Ok, this is really annoying. Playing the game itself is okay and runs good, but for some reason it can't load save games. Anyone know the reasonining behind this? All it does is automatically minimizes to the bottom with the classic error of....

"Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3 has encountered a problem and has had to close"

or something along those lines, with the computer fan being typical (in other words, kinda annoying). I don't know what to do, please help?

What is your PC specs? and what is your OS?
