Problem with Civilization IV patch v1.74
I recently got Civilization IV, and played it with no problems. I went to begin playing online, and had to download patch 1.74. Once I installed the patch, Civ wouldn't open on my computer.
The error message says "The application failed to start because D3DX9_32.DLL was not found." Any help? |

Re-install the latest DirectX 9.0c (Nov'08), then reboot.
