Alrite,
I Got Counterstrike Source But I Get Real Bad Fps
My Computer Specs Are:
Pentuim 4 2.9ghz
2 Gig Ram
Nvidia Geforce 8600gt 512mb
Windows Vista Ultimate
Please Can Someone Help

What settings are you trying to run the game at including the resolution?
Have you updated all the your drivers. Motherboard, Graphics Card, Chipset, Audio..

I Run The Game High Settings No AA Or Anything Like That
And Resolution On 800x600
I Have Updated My Graphics Card Driver But Nothing Else
Shall I Update Motherboard Etc ?

Well, here's an option. Try Casey's Config. This will make the game look kinda bad, but will boost your FPS tremendously. Just copy the text and paste it in Steam\SteamApps\your@email.com\counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg folder. Something like that.
