flickering / outsynching lines, textures.

First of all Hi , i'm new

I have a problem. In some games when I stand still I see everything nicely detailed , but once I move forward textures/pixels start shaking and moving from their original spots. Putting AA up doesn't help.

I'll try to explain it more :
When playing Warhammer online beta :

In the distance I see a brick wall , but instead I see the bricks detailed (when I walk) it's like the lines are shaking 1mm left then 1mm right and then back. -> I stand still and I see them detailed again.

In Warhammer online this problem is AWEFULL even textures at 10 feet distance do this (example: a grain field : I see the grain shake ALOT).

EDIT: I could also explain this by using the name above people their head.the name looks so pixelated I can't read it and when I walk the letters are shaking like hell.

I also have this problem in crysis but not as bad. (I think this is mainly because of I can't max AA.)

In counter strike:source when I walk I see tree branches do this :
(note: AA is maxed in CS:S).

when I stand still they look like this : ----------
When I walk forward they look like this: -_--_-----_

My system specs :

Asus 9800GTX-512 @ stock speed
Intel core 2 duo E6750 @ 2.67Ghz , 1333Mhz FSB
2GB DDR2 667Mhz ram
MSI Q35-MDO , motherboard
Crosair TX750W PSU.

As you can see it's an Q35 chipset motherboard wich has an 1.0a PCI-E slot, could this be the problem?

PS: In WAR open beta I also see some pixel flickering on the ground what could this be ?? Please help me out.

My english ain't the best so I tried my best to explain the issue.

Re: flickering / outsynching lines, textures.

Its probably due to the frame rate your getting. If you have set your monitors refresh rate to 60hz or 70hz and your getting say 120fps you will get this tearing affect.

Quote:
Vertical synchronization (v-sync, vbl-sync) refers generally to the synchronization of frame changes with the vertical blanking interval. Since CRTs were nearly the only common video display technology prior to the widespread adoption of LCDs, the frame buffers in computer graphics hardware are designed to match the CRT characteristic of drawing images from the top down a line at a time by replacing the data of the previous frame in the buffer with that of the next frame in a similar fashion. If the frame buffer is updated with a new image while the image is being transmitted to the display, the frame buffer gives it the current mishmash of both frames, producing a page tearing artifact partway down the image.
So enabling V-sync in your Nvidia control panel will help match your fps with the monitors refresh rate and eliminate this tearing affect. However some games have problems with V-sync and might require you to disable it when you go to play them.
