Blue Screen atksgt.sys problem with Settlers V

Hi Guys
i have this wierd problem, with Settlers:rise of an empire...
everytime i start to run the program it crashes with blue screen error and an error @ atksgt.sys, but when i restart my pc and run it again.. it run and i can play it
dunno why i need to restart after the first time i start the program... but after restart it just runs normal...
even when i just turn on my pc and play the game... it will crashed with a blue screen, but it will run after i restart my pc again...
i try to download the latest driver for my VGA and directX but still.. it wont work
i dont have this kinda problem with the other games please help me

my pc spec :
Windows XP SP2
Sound Blaster Audigy
Asus EN8800GTS 320MB
2GB RAM
AMD 64 athlon 4600 x2
beautifulday is offline
