Command and conquer 3: Worldbuilder - Not Working

I've downloaded a lot of the world builders out there and each one is the same (obviously lol) but each time i run it i get a error that reads

Because of the severity of this error the game will now exit.

I have included the log of the error that is automatically created upon crashing
(I had to name the original title from Worldbuilder.exe.log to Worldbuilder.txt to upload, wether that makes a difference or not i dont know lol)

Please if anyone can help me out with this i'll be really grateful, I love using worldbuilders and its getting too me that i cant use this one =[
