pkr port forwarding

i have been playing pkr poker on my laptop 4 6 months now. well 2day it says i have no connection when i do and it will not load up.
when i asked pkr support they said it 2do with port forwarding. but i dont no how 2 do this. can any1 help me plzz

Hi, welcome to TSF

Contact the poker site's support team again and ask which ports need to be forwarded and if they need to be UDP or TCP or both?. Then enter these port numbers into your firewal and/or router to allow internet access.

What make/model is your router, and which software firewall are you using, if any?

Have you made any changes to system files or internet settings, or added any new hardware in the last few days?
