Cant start 3D accelerator

SO where do i start.... i got a computer installed wow (world of warcraft) it worked fine then i got a virus , i took the computer back got a complete wipe and reload. the guy told me i had all same drivers as before and the latest version of direct x. so when i reinstalled wow and ran i got this error message :
"world of warcraft was unable to start 3d accelerators. make sure you have directx9.0c and your drivers are up to date."

i ran as dxdiag and this is what i got

now i ran direct draw and test direct 3d and my computer passed both test.i also found and redownloaded directc 9.0 ive been to and called blizzard support. been to the acer and sis websites on attempts to download and install updated drivers and i am still unable to resovle the issue. any help or suggestions would be great.

Take it back to the shop that fixed the virus problem and tell them they haven't fixed it properly.
