Sims 2 Error
I get an error that says "The application has crashed. The application will now terminate." whenever I try to start the game. It gets past the intro videos, but then crashes.
system specs: AMD Athlon 64 3700+ (2.2 ghz) 3 gb RAM NVidia Geforce 8400 GS 512 mb plenty of HDD space Windows XP Pro SP3 what i've tried: 1. Patching. The game is fully updated. 2. Updated video drivers. 3. Rolled back video drivers. 4. Reinstalled Windows. 5. Compatibility modes I've about run out of ideas here. |
