Hi there all.. im a Hobby shop owner and we just bought 4 computer so we can LAN. The problem is that everytime we try to play a game the computer slows down during then game and then starts working fine then slows down then fine ..... etc.... etc..
At first i tought it could have been caused by our router ( network ) but the same thing happens even when we play single games off the internet. Here are the machines we using: Windows XP pro SP3 Motherboard: m2n-mx se plus Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64x2 dual 6000+ 3.01GHz RAM: 2.00 Graphic card: eGeforce 8600 GT so far we tried those games: - Rainbowsix VEGAS2 - Age of empire III - Starcraft 1 The fact that its slows down even while playing the 10 years old game Starcraft make me think that it is not an hardware problem. But im not an pro. I already tried to: - Uninstall Windows SP3 - Update my graphic card drivers - Install AMD Dual-Core Optimizer - Close every other application during gaming. Nothing worked... I hope that someone could help me with that problem ! Thanks alot Neophiiit |
