Just bought The Orange Box for PC, have a few questions.

i just bought the orange box, popped in the first disk and it automaically installed steam for me. now in order to actaully play Halflife 2, Portal, and Team Fortress do i have to install the games from steam? It's kinda confusing since when i insert the disk it installs but the only thing it installs is steam. Thanks!

The short answer is yes, you have to go through the

Steam site to finish the actual game load.

Can you tell? I'm NOT a Steam fan.

yah i havne't heard very good things about steam, so i was somewhat hesitant to download it. but i heard Fortress was worth the bite.
