Unreal Tournament 3 problems, need help!

The background is all fuzzy like a non-working television, but for some reason the close graphics are good, i tried playing with the quality, didn't do anything but make the squares bigger or smaller or closer or further but never got rid of them and definitly can't play this game in these conditions, plus online, my shots had a delay all the time but everything else was running smoothly, please help me, tx

You running crossfire? dual cards? try disabling them and then running it, you 1 vid card should be enough to run ut3

I've got no clue what's crossfire. How do I disable them? I only have 1 video card.
