Civilization 4 Help!!!!

I had Civilization 4 installed on my Dell XPS 1 with vista and then my computer crashed so i got it repaired and now a few months later I'm trying to install the and installation goes fine but once the game is installed I put in Disc1 and it runs the auto-run and click play then it says that I need to insert the corret disc so I try the discs an I get the same answer. WHat is wrong and how do I fix it?
HELP!!!!

Did you use Add/Remove Programs to remove the game BEFORE reinstall?

did you delete its files,and folders as well?also did you try regedit to remove its registry entries?

wha I did after It started to not work was remove the icons from my desktop and then went to programs and features where I could Add/Remove programs from my computer and then uninstalled Civilization 4. When I reinstalled then same error occurred

well reinstall it again,and delete its folder in program files.is this the only game you are having problems with?

ill try to reinstall it and yes this is the only game that has this problem

now the disc cant even be read by the computer I put it in and no auto-run come up i've tried going through the CD drive but even when i do that the CD just ejects

Hiya, have installed CIV 4 and both expansion packs, my computer is fairly new, the graphics card is 512mb and quite a good one but for some reason i can only see the Korean leaders hat and eyebrows and beard, like he's invisible all the other leaders display fine, any thoughts/help???
