not enough memory?

does not not enough memory cause lag in games.
I got a game that says 512 recommended. I got 1.5gig. (Its cheapy/standard memory).
After 10mins lag starts creeping in. Its not a heat issue/psu/graphics card.

Re: not enough memory?

what about your harddrive, how big is it and how much free space is on it. Maybe do a little disk cleanup and see if it helps. It should be under start - all programs - accessories - system tools. It would go though your computer and get rid of temporary files.

What game is it?

try my possible solution and see if it helps. Remember games are hard on computer resources.
