An error in CNC:GENERALS ZH

hello.
i installed generals & ZH and i have an error when im trieng to get in the
game.
you can see it in the picture:

my system in higher then the recommended,and the install pass clearly.
i tryed to delete the option file,Its didnt help,too.
someonw can help me?

You say your running XP SP2?
Although your screenshot looks a lot like Vista?

Are you trying to run it on Vista?

no,its XP.
its just a skin of vista.

Oh, in that case I'm not sure.
Have you tried to reinstall?

No,i cant.
i can even aninstall it.
its not appear in YU2008 or in windows remover.
