Freezing problems.
The problem began with World of Warcraft, and it consisted of the game freezing once in a while with nothing to do but rebooting. Today, when i tried to play it, the whole pc froze up as soon as i entered the game, in the menu. I didn't even get to log in. It just froze up instantly 1 second after loading the menu. Then i tried looking in dxdiag, tested the video card with directx 7. The cube spinned for around 2 seconds and the same thing happened. It all froze up! I tried a different game afterwards and the same ****, it froze up in the menu.
Now, after rebooting i'm stuck in opera, windows explorer froze up, tried closing it several times using the processes window and it didn't work. What do you guys think the problem might be ? P.S.: It's starting to freeze up in players now as well, while i'm watching movies. But not instantly, sometimes it takes up to 20 minutes. Last edited by DremoraLord : 07-08-2008 at 04:45 AM. |
