It shouldn't have too many problems running it. Probably won't be able to run it smoothly at the highest settings.

I would not get vista because the vista os uses about 1/2 of the pc's mermory with out anything open. IF you can get XP pro get it. XP pro is the best windows os for games right now. IF you need DX10 see this thread before getting vista. GAMERS read before geting vista (DX10 now works on XP)
