[SOLVED] Need Help!

Hi there, Im sorry if I'm kinda a noob at this sort of thing but i recently got a quad core pc and thought it would be ok for medium end pc gaming: TF2 etc.
I've tried cleaning out unwanted parts in my hard-drive but it still runs very jumpy in games: the games look stunning but, they run badly.

So here are the specs -

GT5092b:

Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q6600 with Intel® Viiv™ processor technology1
(each core operates at 2.40GHz, 2x4MB L2 cache, 1066MHz FSB)

2048MB 667MHz DDR2 dual-channel memory (2 × 1024MB)

320GB SATA HDD

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks alot.
Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3100
Up to 256MB shared video memory

Re: Need Help!

Hi lolcats181 and welcome to TSF,

Your problem lies in your PC not having a dedicated Graphics card. Its using a Chipset that is located on the motherboard, the integrated graphics shares system resources like the CPU and RAM to do graphical calculations, this can be very slow and does not have features that a dedicated graphics card has.

The best option will be to buy a graphics card.

Could you please post the make and model of your Motherboard and the type of Power Supply your PC has.
