Weird thing on All Games

For some retarded reason, everytime i play a game, its first normal speed. Randomly next day is like extremely lag, low fps, when in the game it actually says that i have a low ping, and a high fps. I actually don't get it, and is on ALL GAMES!!

From the information in your post, all I can recommend is that you close all programs before playing your games and make sure your computer falls within the game's hardware requirements.

What are your hardware specs and what games are you having problems with?

are you running
any error message
check your tempretures and voltages in the bios and post them
