Warcraft III crosshair cursor bug.
I recently installed warcraft III and the frozen throne onto m dell smartstep laptop. However the cursor is not the hand of each race, mail fist for human etc, but it is stuck on the crosshair
 , the one for ingame ping. It is kinda anying because it is very innacurate and tempermental whether it will click and sometimes it wont work.Please could you help because i have poured over the optoins and i cant find anything to help. Thanks in advance
