What suggestions have you found at the Generals forum?

Please post your full system specs. Any new hardware upgrades?

Have you updated the game with any patches or mods?

Have you tried uninstalling (backup personal files first), then reinstalling the basic games without any addons?

Has the game ever worked before?

At what point do you get the error?
