1. What do you mean by 'virtual graphics card'? If that's 'onboard graphics' then what's the make/model of your motherboard?

4. Start > Control Panel > System > Hardware tab > Device Manager. Any yellow or red flags?

5. Start > Run > dxdiag > Display tab. Run the 2 tests. Any problems listed in the Notes box?

Re: unable to play game

Intel GFX suck, i kno my older laptop has one.
512 ram is a bit low for TMNT anyway, but intel onboard sucks more than kids with lollipops!
Try upping your ram to 1gig anyway..your poor pc is struggling!
And try an AGP/PCI-E gfx card, whatever your board supports, give it some more oomph.

Then you may need a new power supply to handle that

Re: unable to play game

It is a memory issue!

A lot of people have been getting this with TMNT and Price of Persia.

Minimum System Requirements:
System: 1.5 GHz Pentium 4 or equivalent
RAM: 512 MB
Video Memory: 64 MB
Hard Drive Space: 1600 MB

Now just because you meet the minimum req. DOESN'T mean it'll run. It just means could and should. This depends on what processes your running in the background(Virus protection, spyware protect, OS, etc...), your FSB, and many other factors.

Recommended System Requirements
System: 2.0 GHz or equivalent
RAM: 1024 MB
Video Memory: 128 MB
Hard Drive Space: 1600 MB

This is what you should have. They recommend it cause the game can run with enough space that it doesn't have a problem. Like PaddyN said 512mb is a bit low. Ram is getting dirt cheap up it to 1GB and you should be fine. You may also want to upgrade your video card.

Try the Ram for now and see if that fixes it.
