Bioshock Graphics messed up

Well I bought bioshock and it loaded up, but when the begining came, All I saw was black and fire and everything else was messed up like seriously. How can I fix this problem..? I'm up to date with everything. I tried reinstalling my graphics, Reinstalled Direct x, re installed bioshock, and still had the problem

It even happened on the demo.

System Specs

P4S800D-X motherboard
2 Gigs of Ram
Pentium 4 2.80 ghz
x1300 ATI Radeon Card

What settings are you running the game on?
