Team Fortress 2 problem

I've played TF2 for two weeks now, and i love the game, but every time i connect to a server (ping <50 ) and stay there for 2-20 min, the game freezes (i can move the field of view, but i cant walk anywhere. I can still hear people talking in the voice chat and see people move) and after 1 min it disconnects from the server (if i dont disconnect by myself).

I uninstalled my antivirus, because i read that it could cause problems in the game, but it didn't help
Should i blame my internet? that would be wierd, because every other game i have works perfect on my internet connection.

Can someone help me?
