Warcraft 3 Crash/Blackscreen
I recently reinstalled Warcraft 3 and encountered a new problem consisting of the game freezing for 1-2 min. then the creen will go black and the only possible fix is to restart the computer using the power button. I have had the game installed before never had any similar problem except in the case of a few large coded RPG's like the Defiance and FFEpic maps, now it is occurring on all maps, some like Vampirism and the DOBRP/SotDRP maps. I have dont all the suggested basic fixes for games and more. Here are my Specs:
Power Supply: Antec, SL300S, 300 Watt, .8-19A Motherboard: AMD, VIA KT400A-8235, Socket 462 CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) XP 1600+, MMX, 3DNow, ~1.4GHz RAM: Apacer unb pc2100 cl2, 2x256mb Video Card: RADEON 9200 SERIES, AGP, 128mb, Crossfire Hard Drive: Seagate, EIDE ATA-100, 40gb OS: Windows XP Home Basic |
