[SOLVED] Wireless xbox controller for PC
Before i start i'd like to warn you that while i like PC gaming i'm not terribly savvy regarding PC's in general - so please go easy - no abbreviations !!!
That said i bought an xbox 360 wireless controller for windows to try it out, i would really like to use this. I installed the software no issue, so when i loaded a game, say bioshock which i'm playing at the moment, I had to set all the Key Bindings to the new controller - a laborious task that i hope doesn't need to be done for all games. The result was good though. So my questions are - 1) is there an easy way of setting up the controller, 2) can or should the games not pick up the controller automatically? and 3)never having played a console game is there an "optimised" set up for the controller. Hope you guys can shed some light. Regards |

I belive that should take care of two of your problems. I don't know really just a quick search on google since i don't have a XBOX 360 controller but according to the description it should help. But then again there is some games that is made for the controller like Lost Planet but that is a terrible game... So i guess that this is the only advice i can give is downloading that Last edited by Jens Liljenberg : 05-07-2008 at 03:30 AM. |

Re: Wireless xbox controller for PC
Hi again, I found this and would like a second opinion on it before I purchase, I have downloaded the trial version and it seems to work OK. Any thought would be appreciated and thanks for your time so far,

Re: Wireless xbox controller for PC
I've since installed and purchased this Application and quite frankly its the B's Knees.
No hassle for under 15 euro - couldn't say no. Slainte |
