[SOLVED] Counter Strike Source mouse glitch

hello, here is the story,

i had css and i got banned for hacking -_-
i bought a new one (NO HACKING) and i install and play,
in game i get mouse freeze for 5 to 8 seconds then is normal again,
then in 30 secs, same thing happen and when i try to move the mouse or click it i hear the BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEEEEP sound from the computer system. i'm so confused cuz i got the banned css working fine and the new
one won't work.

ah, dude its not ur mouse.....or is it...i doubt its not...when taht happens press ` to check console if u see chinese text or some asian wriiting....its ur keyboard settings dude..same thing happened to me....when u strafe does ur strafe glitch 2? if so than im 100 percent sure its ur keyboard settings. Only thing is I gotta find out how i did it myself... control panel keyboard options...somehting with text.. alight man thats all i can do.

nah, i just needed to update my grapics card.
everythings cool now
