Re: Need Help
Yes, the line:
"Display Adapters: Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family" says you have onboard chipset. And very few Intel Express chips have Hardware T&L, which is needed for some (or all?) of those games. Im just wondering how on earth did you manage running these games before the windows reinstall!? :D Did you unplug your monitor from the back of your computer during the process btw? |

Re: Need Help
Only things i can think of:
1) You have additional graphic card, but somehow managed to switch using onboard one. 2) You have installed wrong drivers for your onboard graphics, which is actually better than 82915G/GV/910GL but its similar enough to work with those drivers too. EDIT: to check number 1: Look at the backside of your computer, and see if theres more than one socket to plug your monitor cable. to check number 2: i dont know. how did you end up choosing those drivers? Re: Need Help
I used Everest Home Edition.
I'm kinda confused which one of those is the correct driver for my computer because theres a 915G,915GV,910GL too ![]() and my pc supports hyperthreading too if thats of any use |

Re: Need Help
I googled your motherboard, and based on that id say you have 915GL chipset.
Link to download the drivers: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Prod...ProductID=1764 That card does not support hardware T&L. So check the option 1 in my previous post first. |

Re: Need Help
Well, it certainly wouldn't hurt to format and do a fresh reinstall.
If you want to get a video card you'll have to stick with a PCI one since there aren't any PCI-E x1 cards on the market. This one would be your best bet: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814131082 Plus it's cheap
