Probably CPU lag.
Hi, I have this irretating lag that show up in games. In every game, and it appears after some minutes of gameplay. And when it have showed up once . It repeats over and over again. The game freeze for like 10 seconds then its playable again for perhaps 30 seconds and then freeze again..
I lowered the CPUs voltage from 1.4 to 1.25 (it is at 1.4(max) at start up !) and the lag disappeared. But now when i uppgraded my graphics card, and i play games like cod4 , crysis, assasins creed and games that realy make the CPU to work hard, the lags come back. the voltage change (1.4 - 1.25) worked as a "shield" for the lower games. the most game the "shield" can take is Oblivion on higest. I have tested 3dmark 06. And on the graphics tests everything is very good. but on the cpu test ... I only have 0-1 fps. It`s here that I suspecs the CPUs cuz here its constantly on 0-1fps & never go up to normal again. - M2N-VM DVI - AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6400+ (2 CPUs), ~3.2GHz - 2560MB RAM, Apacer pc 4300(533Mhz) - Sata: WDC WD2500KS-00MJB0 (250gb) - VX450w Corsair - all the voltages are ok - XFX 9600GT - dx9 - No heat problems

The voltage change you experience is normal, when under load voltages do drop, if its a stable drop meaning its not going up and down every second there's nothing to worry about.
Same with 3dmark 06 i know no one that can get higher than 5fps on it. The lag and slowdowns could be due to your PSU, how many Amps are on the 12v. Post your entire PSU specs.

45C for graphics card, CPU, motherboard or hard drive?
Your SensorsView readings don't show the +12V value, which is the most important one. Try again with PC Wizard, and post back with all the temperatures and voltages.

Those voltages and temperatures look fine.
Humm i dont know if this is really the behaviour that incompatible cpu and motherboard can cause but could be... When you check the cpu from windows, it shows up as correct model/clock frequency? |

Yeh thats what i meant. Well i think the mobo does support the CPU as it works "correctly" but id ask from someone with more expirience in this - usually tho if its not supported the cpu either burns due incorrect voltages or doesnt show up as right speed.
