This is what i need to have to run the games with about 3-5 mins lag interwalls. (crysis, assasins-creed, cod4)

i had cod 4 minimized . and the cpu on 100% and all voltages and speed were set to normal.

That +5V voltage is too high. Try out your system with a quality PSU, see if it works out.

AFAIK the Athlon X2 6400's recommended voltage is actually 1.4V.

Watt count is not the only thing that affects - PSU's differ in other ways too, and get worse when they age. Also "same cpu" doesnt mean much as cpu is only one of the parts needing power (gpu, hard drives etc).

dont u think its the motherboard that cant have an 125w cpu ? the list that my motherboard can take only get to 95w cpu and 5600+ . isnt that the problem then ?

now i lowered the cpu speed to 5200+ and the lag almost went away .. hm
