F.E.A.R problem

I have installed F.E.A.R and when i try to play it a black screen comes up and i have all the requirements to play it and some even better and i have tried to use the read me stuff but it doesnt work so help

What is ur video Card??? Nvidia? ATI???

to check what Card u have, go to Start ---> Run, type : dxdiag

select display, and u can see what is ur video Card

you can find directx on any DVD or CD Game u have

or u can download it from www.microsoft.com

See pic below and post back with the Device Name & Manufacturer and the Main Driver & Version.

You say you have all the requirements to play the game. These are your system specs (CPU, RAM, hard drive space, graphics card, etc)

And the rest of your specs?

FEAR is quite a demanding game graphically, and the Radeon 9000 is listed as one of the low-end cards that will play the game, so you're ok there. You can download the latest graphics driver from here, and DirectX from here.

Go to the Can You Run It? website to see if the rest of your system specs meet the game's requirements.

The problem of FEAR with ATI is a big one, so try to find and download ATI control panel, and then I'll tell u what u can do with it
