slow game play

i got gears of war on a compaq notebook adm turion 64x2 1.9ghz 32bit looks ok but everything is so slow like my pointer and moving around, what do i do

does it have a video card? if so mention it, it has to be a geforce 7600 go or higher to get decent gameplay (i dont know about ati cards so...)

Do you still have the same problem after updating your graphics driver? See your other post: what driver do i need

i have nvidia geforce 7000m is there any way i can make it faster
