Death to Spies crashes to desktop!!

Hello everyone,
When I start the game, the opening movie plays well but just after that or if I skip the movie the game crashes to desktop and never start .. anyone can help please?!

My system:
win xp sp2
P4 3.4GH
2GB RAM
80GB HD
nVidia Geforce 8500 GT graphics card
Dx. 9c

I have the latest drivers.

alright now I remember I was trying to play Fable the lost chapters on my comp and I was getting about the samething. Ever heard of windowsblinds I had to disable that to play, crappy part is I can't remember how I did it... oldtimers settin in.
