failed to creat Direct3D device error

i get this error from roller coaster tycoon 3 and i dont know why i have an ati radeon 1050 card help any one?

Has the game ever worked or is this a new problem?

Does your computer meet the game's minimum requirements?

Do you have the latest DirectX and graphics driver?

Run the 2 tests in Start > Run > dxdiag > Display tab. Any problems listed in the Notes box?

no new game yea it does and i have the latest direct x how do i find out about graphics driver? and this is what i get fromt he direct 3d thing

No problems found.
DirectDraw test results: All tests were successful.
Direct3D 7 test results: Failure at step 8 (Creating 3D Device): HRESULT = 0x80004005 (Generic failure)
Direct3D 8 test results: Failure at step 8 (Creating 3D Device): HRESULT = 0x8876086c (error code)
Direct3D 9 test results: Failure at step 8 (Creating 3D Device): HRESULT = 0x8876086c (error code)

Reinstall the graphics driver and DirectX, then reboot and run the 3D tests again.

i have the same problem but with another game...

i ran the tests.... no problems found.... and still the game not working...
