Game Lag Problem

Well, every time I play a game, my game lags every few minuites and I'm not sure what the problem could be. This problrm persists online and offline, so I doubt it could be internet connection issues. Any help is useful (Oh, i've tried the games on lowest graphics and I still get lag (And this is on games like Command and conquer!)

OS: Windows XP
GC: ATI x1950 sapphire
Core Processor 6400+
AMD athlon 64 Dual Core
3.21GhZ, 2GB RAM
PSU: 600W
--

Is there any problems there?

It lags on games (Single Player, high graps and low) like:
BF2
C&C3 (Which sucks in my opinion)
Rainbow 6 Vegas
Quake 4
FEAR
BF1942

Can anyone help?

Re: Game Lag Problem

I'm not entirely sure of the brands (Win Power - ATX 600L)

VCORE = 1.424v
3.3V = 3.248v
5V = 5.717
12V = 11.977
