This happoned to me with Company of Heroes, At the time my video card was not suppored by the game so I couldnt see the unites of structures. I dont know if this is the same for you you might want to search for it online. Also this game will not run on 64bit PC's so i have read, if you have a 64bit machine then thats your problem. Hope any of this helps you

thanks for the reply, i have a 32 bits computer and is supported by the game. the game has always been like that and yes, i tried with lower gaphic settings and its no different, and i have the game company of heroes and i see all units and buildings there so i still don't know what the problem is

it could be a simple case of a bad install.with that being said have you tried reinstalling the game?
