[SOLVED] Sims 2 QXpress?

Hope iv found the right place, i apologise if i havent.

Im trying to install custom content with qXpress and i keep getting the error message

Runtime error 11

Division by zero

I have no idea whats wrong with it, i used to be able to install things no problem but then my comp died and completely wiped everything, since re installing it doesnt work. Any help greatly appreciated Thanks

have you installed any game patches that you may,or may not have had before?

I tried re installing it with internet explorer instead of firefox and installed a couple of things via IE, now it works fine through firefox? Very wierd, thanks for your help.
