Fraps graphic - blurry.
So I do realize you've probably discussed this issue at some point, tho I couldn't find it, been searching thru google for the past two days now for a decent answer, found tons of other answers, but nothing on this point.
Computer: (Laptop) Windows Vista HP Pavilion dv9500 Notebook PC AMD Turion(tm) 64X2 Mobile Technology TL-56 1.80 GHz 2047MB ram 32-bit NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS Issue: In-game graphics are crystal clear, fraps graphic, not edited, is blurry compared to in-game. I wish to know if anyone has any tip about this, sence yes, I am a total newbie at fraps. Two print screen's, straight from paint is attached, one is from in-game, the other one from a frapsed clip played in WMP (both are print screen, paste paint). Note how the size varies on the screenshots aswell. Img. 1 is ingame, Img2 is Fraps. |

Re: Fraps graphic - blurry.
Is FRAPS set to capture video at full size? I generally use the half-size option to save disk space and processing power.

Re: Fraps graphic - blurry.
That wasn't really the issue tho, but it's set to half-size.
Don't get me wrong, I've tried tons of different settings, even tweaking my graphic card for all that's worth. Still same result, so i'm kinda going clueless now. Could the fraps quality be of my screens max 60 hz? Because it still wouldn't make any sence, sence in-game it's perfectly nice and as a fraps file, it goes horrible. Shouldn't it be capturing exactly what I see in-game? *Edit* I heard something about Windows vista auto rendering fraps files while you capture them, is this so and how do I turn it off?
