Problems with Halo

When I go to run halo a window pops up saying"A problem occurred initializing Direct3D. Hardware
acceleration maybe disabled, please run DXDIAG." Where can I find this program to run? And will it fix my game?

Help is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!

Re: Problems with Halo

Click start>Run> type dxdiag

Click the display tab. Run both tests and let us know what happens.

Re: Problems with Halo

Can you run any other 3d games?

Have you tried reinstalling your graphics card drivers?

Have you tried re-seating your video card?
