CSS Surf Maps Go Black :S

In my server, i host a variety of maps including gun game, fun, normal and surf

However on some maps like surf_10x_final, surf_bymurdarules, surf_japan_v10, surf_thriller and others... but then other maps work. It doesnt actually go black for me.. its normal, but for other players, when they die it goes black.

Has this happened to anyone, or does anyone have a solution

(This has also happened to my mates server but he doesnt know how to fix it)

where did the maps come from? did u download them from a website and install them on ur server? who is hosting the server? u or a company? are the people connecting to the server in a lan configeration? or internet as-in that they are not on the same internet connection as you at all.
