Need For Speed Underground 2

Hi, about 2 years ago when i had a dial up connection i installed this game, just after i had bought it so this wasnt an illegal version, i used the proper serial and got it working online but because i had a dial up connection it did not work to its full capactity, so i decided to uninstall it, well now that i have broadband i reinstalled it and everything works fine until i try to register my game online so that i can play it, and it says that this serial is already in use.
i attached a screenshot of what it says.

is there some way to reset the serial, or enter in my old details and try get it to send a rest thing to the email account that i used 2 years ago.

please help, thanks

The likely culprit is that someone else is using your CD key now. You're going to have to contact EA Games. They'll ask for some codes off your game manual to prove you actually own the game.

hi... i have problem like this: i have compleated nfs undergroun 2 about 30-40% and i dont have any races anymore :S reachel sent me a message like this:"I want my car back! and i must to do ASAP, whats this?? and reacel said : when i will not give her car back i dont have races anymore?? :S what i must to do?

Please don't hijack other peoples threads, create your own. Also, this is a PC gaming support section, not discussion.
From what I can make out of your post it sounds like she wants you to take the car back to the safe-house/garage she gave you. (Not sure, been a long time since I played NFSU2)
If you're stuck with no races etc. make sure you have gone to all the shops, to make sure everything is unlocked, also try changing the visuals on your car, a magazine may pick you up and unlock more races if your stars are high enough.
