Scrabble Complete

I cannot uninstall scrabble complete I did do it through add remove programs and it said finished and its still there I deleted it from the hard drive and it still there (add remove programs) but not showing it on the c drive .When I put the CD in to reinstall the game it will not give me the option to reinstall I did all maintenance proceedures I even ran a reg repair and removed invalid reg keys and it still there.I am confused.I am running winXP the rest of my PC is posted.HOW CAN I COMPLETELY UNISTALLTHIS PERSISTANT GAME THAT MY MOM AND DAD LOVE AND instead of fixing it for them I half lost it and cannot reinstall it.Does anyone know how to get it out of my system....thank you Game is from encore v1.0

Thanks I'll Try it But that program says it has to be there to record what the software put in during instalation ,it remembers what was installed and then when you want to uninstall it will completely remove all changes remembered from install. scrabble comlete is already jammed inside my pc with no intentions of leaveing I have tried everything eccept manual reg. appl. delete. I am a little nervous about doing that because I am not sure wich keys are the games.
