POL 1160 error on pc

Hi
I start playonline, and when i try to connect it says pol 1160.
I have done EVERYTHING including
Static IP, port forward on
TCP 25, 80, 110, 443 or 50000 - 65535
UDP 50000 - 65535
No antivirus or firewall, reinstalled it after uninstalling, rebooted the router AND pc a myriad of times, restored its factory settings, updated firmware, connected with just the router directly, put automatic IP/DNS, used a USB modem, contacted my ISP and they told me they block nothing and still pol 1160 appears no matter what I do.
I also uninstalled my avast antivirus and it didnt fix the issue.
How do I fix the problem?? Why does it appear, I mean, there is no logical explanation everything else works fine, just POL won't! I have contacted the techies at POL with no result.

Having done everything I could possibly do, I came here to seek help.

Thanks in advance.
