I went onto the newegg websit and found the video cards. Now my only question is are the video cards compatiable with any computer or is there a certain one for a certain computer/software? I have windows vista 32bit. Thanks

To upgrade the graphics card, you need to look at your motherboard details to see if it supports PCI, AGP or PCIE cards, then choose the appropriate card.

Then you need to check your power supply unit (PSU) to see if it is strong enough to handle the upgrade.

When you get the new card, disable your existing onboard/integrated graphics in BIOS and uninstall its drivers, fit the new card into the slot and install the new driver.

If you all start new threads in the Hardware > Video Cards forum listing your mobo/PSU specs, we can give more detailed advice and instructions for your specific computer.
