call of duty for pc

Just been given Call of Duty for toshiba pc and found that game graphics are jerking from image to image making it impossible to play game (I've been killed about 200 times since Christmas!) Occasionally the game works for a few seconds before jerking movement starts again. Any advice for a non tech person?

Toshiba pc meets system requirements but I do have FS2002 on there as well as a lot of music/videos - could this be the problem?

its probably your graphics card, thats what happened to me. try to update it or get a new one. the music could alsp be a part of it
