[SOLVED] GPU overclock utility

Hi all,

Firstly, I'm not a gamer, so sorry for the noob question!

Winfast/Leadtek bundles with their graphics cards with an overclocking utility. I built a gaming rig for a client who would like to overclock his graphics card, being a Point of View 8600 GT which did not come with such a utility. Is there a "third-party" application on the 'net to faciliate overclocking of the GPU ?
