when I'm playing the sims 2 my computer sometimes shutdown and restart itself, i don't know why. I want to know why my computer is shutting down itself?

is it overheating? need more things posted about your comp to give u the slightest idea of whats goin on

it's not overheating. just when I'm going to save the game or when I'm going to exit the game it's just restart itself and i don't know why. or when I'm going to another neighborhood too.
