Uplink/XP Error messages

Installed a copy of Uplink (an age old game by Introversion) and installed one of the community created mods with it - made with the developers own tools - and its now causing my system to crash regulary after about 10-30 minutes. I've also tried it without the mod but i get the same result (error messages)

Not only that but i get the following error message after the computer has rebooted Windows:

Error signiture
BCCOde: 7f BCP:00000000 BCP2: 00000000 BCP3: 00000000
BCP4: 00000000 OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP:2_0 Product 768_1

The link to tech info at the end of the pop-up shows these two files:

C:\Docume~1\Matt\Locals~1\Temp\WERdb7d.dir00\sysdata.xml

Does anyone have any idea of what this is banging on about?! Cause I sure dont!

Re: Uplink/XP Error messages

Ah yes Uplink. I remember that game. Good choice mate.

In any case, have you tried reinstalling the game?
