I need help with a game...

I am having a problem with the game Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
I know this isn't legal nor very ethical, but here goes.
I have extracted it from 3 CDs using WinAce, mounted it with Daemon Tools and then installed it. I got a CD key from the Internet and a crack as well. I replaced the original gof_f.exe with the file from the archive I got online and then I ran it.
I doesn't work. Any idea why? It seemes to work though, but my problem is that it doesn't show me any graphics or anything. The screen is black, but I can hear sounds. Please help!
