Black & White 2 startup failure
I just installed BW2, and patched it to the current 1.2 version. The only problem is, it won't start. My computer fulfills all requirements, and then some... according to the games diagnostic tool anyway. I'm running with a Compaq P4, Win2k, 2ghz, 512 ram, 128mb Geforce FX5200. Hardly a super computer, but capable of running BW2, atleast on paper.
All I see is the BW2 loading screen, and after that, nothing happens. What's the problem? Do I need to update the disk drive firmware? |
